These Terms govern your use of PrepScart. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

PrepScart is operated by TODO — your legal entity name and address.

2. What PrepScart is

PrepScart is a job discovery and referral tool. We aggregate and present job listings and let you compare them against your stated preferences. PrepScart is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a staffing firm, and we do not act on behalf of the companies whose roles appear here.

3. Third-party listings

Job listings originate from third parties. Where a listing links to an employer's own careers page, your application goes to that employer, not to us. See our Disclaimer.

4. Accounts and local data

PrepScart currently stores your preferences, saved jobs and dream companies in your own browser. This means:

Clearing browser storage removes them, and we cannot restore them.
They do not sync between devices.
Any person with access to your browser can see them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site or its listings.
Use automated tooling to inflate traffic or interact with ads.
Attempt to probe, bypass or interfere with the site's security.
Reproduce substantial portions of the site without permission.
Use PrepScart for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The PrepScart name, branding, site design and original written content belong to us. Job listing content belongs to its original publisher. You may view and share individual listings; you may not republish the catalogue wholesale.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, current, or that any application will result in an offer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a third-party listing or application.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will move when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
